As a Cook Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in the day-to-day catering operation.
You will support the preparation and service of high-quality meals while ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will help guide the team and ensure smooth service delivery.
The Role
Supervise and support a motivated, passionate catering team
Assist with the preparation and service of meals to a high standard
Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring a positive dining experience
Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and cleanliness across the site
Uphold Health & Safety values, ensuring a safe and secure working environment
Ensure meals are delivered promptly and accurately, meeting service deadlines
Represent the catering and operations teams with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Carry out weekly stock takes and support stock control procedures
Take responsibility for financial accountability and efficient use of resource
About You
Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about food and service
Previous catering experience is preferred, ideally with some supervisory responsibility
Strong understanding of food hygiene principles and safe kitchen practices
Confident in following instructions while also making decisions that benefit the customer
Customer-focused, always putting the guest experience first
A determined team player who works well with others and leads by example
