Summary
We are seeking an individual to:
* To provide a high standard of care for children in wraparound provision (after school).
* To work as part of a team to provide and maintain an enabling, stimulating, safe environment.
* To build and maintain a strong working partnership with parents and carers.
* To ensure the wrap around provision is run to meet the needs of the children and complies with all necessary compliance legislation and policies.
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum of Grade C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
* An understanding of the needs of children.
* Ability to work within a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Good organisation skills.
