Summary
St Bede’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work as 1:1 with a child and to join our highly effective team.
We are seeking an individual who is:
1. Willing to support the ethos of our school
2. Flexible, approachable and has a love of working with children
3. Able to help create a stimulating, organised and interactive learning environment
4. An excellent communicator who values teamwork
The candidate should have the following:
1. Previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant
2. Experience of planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, including a knowledge of EYFS curriculum.
3. A good understanding of children’s learning. They will work in class, with small groups and individuals.
4. Sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Experience of supporting children with SEN
