Summary
Immediate start – following an induction (uniform and training is provided)
Job brief:
We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to take care of the shopping centre cleaning requirements, assisting site cleaning operatives to maintain a safe and clean environment. Ensuring site-based policies and standards are adhered to and maintained, working weekdays and weekends.
The shopping centre requires a dedicated cleaners to maintain required standards whilst adhering to site protocols and health and safety regulations.
This role will include Brewdog, lron Lilies, Mall and Public Facility deep cleaning, working with the current cleaning team to offer a welcoming environment, includes working on a rota basis with weekend work required.
You will need to be confident in lone working and working together as a team, providing a friendly and professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Flexible and positive approach to working within a team and by yourself
