Summary
Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Snagger to start on a temporary contract working across new-build housing developments in Crewe.
Your new role
- Carry out snagging and finishing works across new-build plots
- Complete a variety of remedial tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, masticing, patch plastering, joinery, and minor plumbing fixes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to NHBC and company quality standards
- Work closely with site managers and customer care teams to resolve defects promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in customer‑occupied homes
- Record, report, and update snag lists accurately
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Snagger, Finishing Operative, Multi‑Trade, or similar within the new build housing sector
- Strong all‑round trade skills with the ability to turn plots around to completion standard
- CSCS card
