Summary
Join a global banking leader as a Scheduler.
Job Overview: Seeking an on-site IT operations resource to manage ticket assignment and support daily workflow across INC and RITM queues. The role involves distributing tickets evenly among engineers, sending scheduled status updates, coordinating with scheduling teams, and communicating with end users to clarify BAU requests. Strong communication, organisation, and practical problem‑solving skills are essential. Full training will be provided, and the position requires being on-site five days a week.

- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £16.55/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- PAYE Basic Rate: £12.75/hour
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign all tickets in both INC (HTSE-CSS-WDC-BUILD) and RITM (UK Hardware WDC) queues in an alternating fashion between all engineers. Always work from newest to oldest and never favour one engineer over another with specific requests.
- Send a daily email of all INC assigned between 08:00 and 11:00.
- Send a daily email of all INC assigned between 11:00 and 13:00.
- Send a daily email of all INC assigned between 13:00 and 15:00.
- Send a daily email of all INC assigned between 15:00 and 16:00.
- Send a daily email of all incomplete INC.
- Send a daily email of all RITMs assigned that day.
- Working close to CC scheduling team members who are involved in client accounts and coordinate the client requests.
- Dealing with client end users to confirm details related to BAU requests if needed.
- Candidates need to have strong communication and organisational skills and must have common sense. Full training will be provided.
- Need to be on-site 5 days a week
