Summary

Overview - Fixed Term Contract until 31/7/2026
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our delivery of the King’s Trust Team Programme—a dynamic, 12-week personal development course for young people aged 16 to 25.

As Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in transforming lives. You’ll guide a team of young people through a carefully structured programme that builds confidence, resilience, and practical skills through community projects, team activities, residentials, and work experience. Your leadership will help participants overcome barriers, discover their potential, and take real steps toward education, employment, or training

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, believes in the power of second chances, and knows how to bring out the best in others. It’s about more than teaching—it’s about mentoring, motivating, and making a genuine difference in the lives of those who need it most.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6-month probationary period.

Eat That Frog has a commitment to be an Equal Opportunities Employer and is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer. As part of the Disability Confident scheme, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive working environment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. We believe in the value of a diverse workforce and are determined to make Eat That Frog a place where everyone feels welcome, supported and empowered.

You’ll be joining Eat That Frog, a community-focused organisation with a proud record of helping people in areas of deprivation unlock their potential. We blend education with real-world experience and practical support, making this role as rewarding as it is vital.

ETF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners, including children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Remote interviews to be held in February/March 2026. Please do not apply if this is your first job as we cannot obtain suitable references.
