For an experienced SEN professional or a mainstream teacher looking to specialise, this role offers the environment you need to truly teach:

Founding Influence: As the school opens its doors in 2025, you will play a key role in developing a personalised Humanities curriculum that meets the passions and interests of our students.

-
Holistic Progress: You will move beyond standard testing to focus on personalised targets, EHCP outcomes, and the overall welfare of your pupils.
-
Collaborative Support: Work daily alongside therapists and SEN experts to ensure every child has "every opportunity to achieve".
-
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality History and Geography lessons tailored to students with autism and complex learning needs
-
Individualised Learning: Set, monitor, and review personalised targets to optimise learning for each student.
-
Professional Advocacy: Contribute to the review of EHCPs, PEPs, and LAC reviews, ensuring academic and social needs are met.
-
Safe Learning Environment: Manage challenging behaviours through a non-confrontational, reflective approach in line with school policies.
-
Strategic Planning: Maintain short, medium, and long-term plans while providing subject leadership across the school.
