Summary


To To proactively lead and manage the Vitali clinic team, fostering a supportive and professional culture to create a motivated workforce. To provide efficient running of the Vitali clinic appointments and associated activity related to this to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and maximise the appointments available

To work under the direction of the CNS and Amputee therapy team lead in developing and maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service

To have line management responsibilities for the Vitali clinic team, monitoring attendance, timekeeping, sickness etc and providing supervision and leadership

To organise and prioritise daily workload to ensure all urgent matters are dealt with appropriately and provide high level of admin support to the clinicians working in the Vitali clinic

To ensure efficient management of the clinics, maximising use of appointments and ensuring all records are available for clinicians at time of appointment

To be professional and courteous at all times when dealing with patients, visitors and the public

To act as first point of contact for out-patient queries and complaints and assist in complaint investigation
