What you’ll do
• Deliver high quality support following the guidance of permanent team members across all of our Hampshire supported services.
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
• Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift 
• Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues
• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
• Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively
• The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits
• We have a number of services in Hampshire, including a brand new addition in Rushmoor that we are calling Rushmoor Social Inclusion. As a Hampshire patch we provide support for a variety of individuals, primarily those with mental health needs or those needing support to prevent homelessness.
• Our services all have their own individual rotas so you could be offered a variety of shifts dependent on what each service needs.
• Some services are covered 24 hours a day and others are not. It’s a real mixture which makes it interesting!
• You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
