Summary

Counterbalance FLT Driver

Temporary to Permanent | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | £13 per hour | Immediate Start

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an FLT Driver on a temporary to permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the manufacturing team with loading and unloading goods in a busy production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment with immediate starts available.

Key Duties
  • Offload deliveries safely and efficiently.

  • Issue materials and packaging to the production team.

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.

  • Maintain housekeeping standards, keeping work areas safe, clean, and organised.

Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Flexible and able to work a rotating shift pattern.

  • Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety.

Shift Pattern & Pay
  • 4 days on / 4 off / 4 nights on rotation.

  • Day shifts 6am - 6pm.

  • Night shifts 6pm - 6am.

  • £13 per hour (day rate).
