We have an opportunity for a Winding Machine Operative to join our client's established team in Grantham who produce high quality goods for both UK and worldwide export.
The role of Winding Machine Operative will consist of:
• working on a small production line setting machinery,
• hand feeding the machine with thin wire and taking product out,
• Components and parts are small, so good attention to detail is essential along with nimble fingers.
Skills required for the Winding Machine Operative:
• follow instructions clearly and precisely,
• work well as part of a team,
• be dextrous with your fingers,
• have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
