As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include…
• Support the management of a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Being the main point of contact for customers, handling queries and requests
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients
• Ensure customers receive a high standard of service
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when required
• Coordinate with internal team’s and assist with onboarding new customers
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following skills and experience…
• At least 1–2 years in sales, customer service or account support
• A strong team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with customers and clients, building relationships
• Ambitious with the desire to learn more, progress, and develop with the company
• Resilient and open to feedback with confidence speaking to customers via phone and email
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
In return, the successful Customer Service Representative will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
