Position Overview:
Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Central London
Salary: from £15.50 per hour plus holiday accrual, paid weekly
Shifts: Flexible, full-time work available – you choose shifts that suit your schedule
Whether it’s fine dining, high-end events or premium hospitality venues, you’ll bring skill, pace and attention to detail to every service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to exceptional standards
• Running your section confidently and ensuring it is fully prepared for service
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
• Assisting with training and guiding junior chefs when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in busy, professional kitchens
• Ability to stay organised and calm during high-volume service
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations and allergen control
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different venues and kitchen styles
