Summary

We are seeking a limited part time (an hour or so a week) organised Law Firm Marketing Assistant to support a brand new legal firm in undertaking a very limited marketing role.

Thanks role will consist of helping a newly established small law firm in getting its profile out into the market. It is a great opportunity for anyone interested in law to gain experience in an interesting area of law.

The successful candidate will assist with legal article preparation and LinkedIn profile posting, and ensuring smooth administrative operations for putting the articles online. The role involves working closely with a solicitor and requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with writing articles including using AI.
Conduct research using analysis skills.
Draft, proofread, and edit legal articles with accuracy.
Manage social media accounts to enhance online presence.
Support email marketing campaigns and B2B marketing efforts through effective writing and communication skills.
Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
IT literacy.
Effective copywriting skills.
Strong time management skills.
