Summary

Launch Your Career in Behavioural Science & SEN

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

Entry Level: Trainee Teacher / Behavioural Technician

Professional Development: ABA Training + Path to QTS/BCaBA

Are you a high-achieving graduate looking for a fast-paced, data-driven environment? If you are fascinated by human behaviour and want to work at the cutting edge of Special Educational Needs, this is your starting line.

We are a centre of excellence in Cranleigh, providing a world-class, research-led education for pupils on the autism spectrum. We don't just "supervise" classrooms; we change developmental trajectories.

The Opportunity: More Than Just Teaching

This role sits at the intersection of Education, Psychology, and Therapy. As a Trainee, you will be trained to use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to deliver precision teaching.

  • Evidence-Based Practice: Utilise data-driven methods to track student progress and refine behavioural interventions.

  • Multidisciplinary Exposure: Work side-by-side with BCBAs, Speech & Language Therapists, and OTs. It's like a daily masterclass in clinical support.

  • Rapid Upskilling: We invest heavily in your profile. You'll gain specialised certifications that make you a standout professional in the SEN sector.

Are You the Right Candidate?

We are looking for "high-potential" individuals who are:

  • Analytically Minded: You enjoy observing patterns and finding solutions to complex behavioural challenges.

  • Ambitious: You aren't looking for a "stop-gap" job; you want a career with a clear, upward trajectory.

  • Resilient & Energetic: You bring high energy to 1:1 sessions and can handle the physical and mental rigours of a specialist setting.

  • Qualified: A degree (2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, or a related Social Science is highly desirable.

Why Start Here?

"The level of professional training I received here in my first year outweighed anything I learned in a lecture hall. You see the theory of behaviour come to life every single day."

  • Elite Facilities: Work in a bespoke, rural campus designed specifically for sensory and educational needs.

  • Networking: Join a massive network of professionals in the Surrey/London SEN circuit.

  • Competitive Entry Package: Salary plus a fully funded training suite.
