Summary

A Career With Purpose: Supporting Autistic Learners

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

Package: Competitive Salary + Comprehensive Benefits + Professional Qualification Path

Do you have a natural ability to connect with others? Are you looking to move away from a corporate "desk job" or a high-stress environment into a role where your emotional intelligence is your greatest asset?

We are looking for Trainee Teachers to join our specialist team in Cranleigh. This is more than a teaching job; it is an opportunity to provide life-changing support to children and young people on the autism spectrum.

Why This Role is Different

We don't expect you to have a background in education. We are looking for life experience, empathy, and the desire to learn.

  • 1:1 Impact: You won't be managing a class of 30. You will work closely with individual pupils, celebrating every milestone-no matter how small.

  • Professional Evolution: We provide a structured, fully funded training program in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). You will gain a professional toolkit that is highly respected in the fields of education and psychology.

  • A Collaborative Culture: You will work daily alongside experts, including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, in a supportive, low-ego environment.

Is This You?

We value the transferable skills you've gained through life and work. You might be a great fit if:

  • You are a patient communicator who stays calm under pressure.

  • You are a problem solver who enjoys understanding the "why" behind someone's behaviour.

  • You are looking for stability and a clear path to long-term professional growth (including QTS or BCaBA pathways).

  • You hold a degree or strong A-Levels and have an interest in psychology or social care.

The Rewards of the Role

"In this environment, success isn't measured by test scores, but by a student gaining the independence to communicate their needs for the first time. It is incredibly moving work."

  • Work-Life Balance: Term-time only schedules available.

  • Community: A friendly, rural campus in the heart of the Surrey countryside.

  • Development: Ongoing investment in your personal and professional growth.

Start Your New Chapter

If you are ready to use your skills for something truly meaningful, we would love to speak with you.
