Supporting the Associate Director of Human Resources with a range of HR administrative and secretarial responsibilities. This role supports the delivery of the MSE Human Resources Service within Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust and external organisations.
Ensuring that a proactive, comprehensive and operational approach is provided to support delivery of the MSE workforce strategy and business objectives.
The role assists in supporting the delivery and ongoing operation of the Human Resources directorate, specifically relating to the HR advisory service and senior level strategic HR issues.
The role will provide routine day to day HR administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director of Human Resources.
