Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join an Alternative Provision setting and support the day-to-day running of the provision. This is an important role within a specialist environment who support pupils with additional needs and/or challenging behaviour.
This is a full time, temp to perm role (Monday - Thursday: 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm)
The Role:-
Providing administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff

Managing pupil records, attendance, and data entry

Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
-
Supporting with safeguarding documentation and compliance paperwork

Maintaining accurate records and files
-
Supporting with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the provision
The Ideal Candidate:-
Previous administrative experience (essential)
-
Experience within an education setting is preferred (experience using Arbor)

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and school systems
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-
A professional, calm, and organised approach
Additional Requirements:-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Business insurance on your vehicle (or willingness to obtain this)
