Summary

Waste and Recycling Operatives – Flintshire

£12.85 per hour | 37 hours per week | 4 or 5 days per week

Are you looking for a hands-on, active outdoor job? Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting Refuse Collectors to join our client’s team across Flintshire.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping Flintshire clean and tidy by helping collect household waste and recycling. This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and walking throughout the day.

  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions.


  • Shifts can be any day of the week, including weekends.


  • Buckley Depot with travel to local recycling centres across Flintshire.


  • Typical hours: 7am – 5pm (Buckley depot) or 9am – 5pm (recycling centres).


  • 37 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days.


    What We’re Looking For

    • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.


    • Physically fit and happy to work outdoors.


    • Able to travel to Buckley and other local sites.


    • Team player with a positive attitude.
