Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across a variety of housing sites. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Harlesden and travelling to sites across Northwest and West London.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve driving a caged van and traveling to different sites to ensure bulk waste, furniture and fly tipping is removed and sites are health and safety compliant as well as aesthetically pleasing.

You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hour and a Full, clean UK Driving Licence will be an essential requirement for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all bulk waste is removed from managed areas within the agreed time frames
  • Carry out day-to -day duties according to daily schedule, i.e., collecting bulk waste and household items from the housing sites.
  • To take responsibility for driving the company vehicle and carrying out maintenance checks daily.
  • To responsibly tip all collected waste, using the designated waste disposal sites.
  • To keep daily records of waste streams collected.
  • Participate in cleaning/deep cleaning activities as and when required.

Key requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good level of fitness, heavy lifting required.
  • As this role is a driving position the applicant must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes.
  • Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
  • PA1 / PA6 qualifications and knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
