As our new Warehouse Inventory Operative, you’ll play a key role at the heart of our warehouse “engine room”, keeping stock flowing efficiently and accurately across the business. Valid FLT Licence is required.
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–15:30
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Inventory Operative:
In this multi-skilled role, you’ll rotate across the full range of warehouse functions, including:
Inventory Management:
• Optimising storage locations for maximum efficiency
• Physically reorganising stock to support FIFO principles
• Monitoring and reporting stock levels
• Conducting regular cycle counts and audits
• Tracking stock movements using the WMS
• Suggesting and implementing layout improvements
General Warehouse Operations:
• Goods-in receiving and inspection
• Stock storage, replenishment and housekeeping
• Picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders
• Returns management
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, clean working environment
