We are looking for an Area Manager to work in our Primal Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.

Job requirements of Primal Area Manager:

Excellent people management skills.
Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Butchery experience ideal, however not essential
Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team.
Problem solving – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action
Target driven to improving production efficiencies
Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
What you will need:

Confidence and experience working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment; minimum five year’s experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
Level 3 food safety
Level 3 Health & Safety
