Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of housing programs and initiatives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate program outcomes and progress.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records and databases.
Liaise with external partners and organizations to coordinate housing support efforts.
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organizational policies in all activities and operations.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management or business support roles, preferably in the housing sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
