Summary
Sales Advisor – NO cold calling ALL existing customers
Candidates MUST have at least 6 months cold calling experience or at least 12 months outbound experience within the last 2 years.
This role is speaking to existing customers that have already made an order online, you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.
Basic 28K – PLUS uncapped commission
Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler.
Supportive, in-depth training and genuine progression opportunities.
The Sales Advisor role will involve:
• Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
• Working towards and achieving targets
• Using CRM systems
The ideal Sales Advisor will need to be/have:
• Previous outbound telesales experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Experience working towards KPI’s and targets
• Strong communication skills
