Summary
2 × incoming gas mains
Uplift existing 6" gas main to high level (near soffit)
New brackets/support system
Re-fixing and testing
Certification
Additional isolation points (GF & Basement)
Marked-up as-built drawing
This would normally require:
Commercial Gas Safe engineer (COCN1 + relevant ICPN modules)
Possibly a 2-man team (due to 6" pipe weight)
MEWP or scaffold access (if high level)
Testing & purging
Tightness test + certification paperwork
For 6" commercial gas:
You need correct Gas Safe commercial categories
Purge calculations must be documented
Tightness test certificates issued
As-built drawings matter (especially for landlords)
