We have a fantastic opportunity for you to earn while you learn in a supportive nursery setting in Sydenham.
Location: Sydenham, South East London (SE26)
Job Type: Apprenticeship – Early Years Practitioner
Qualifications:
Unqualified? Work towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification
Level 2 qualified? Progress and work towards your Level 3 Early Years qualification
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do
• Support and care for children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Assist with daily routines including play activities, mealtimes, and personal care
• Observe, support, and record children’s development
• Work closely with experienced nursery practitioners and your assigned mentor
• Complete coursework and training as part of your apprenticeship programme

What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 6 months’ experience working in a nursery setting
✔ A genuine passion for working with young children
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ A willingness to learn and complete your qualification
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic approach
