About the role:

The University of Lancashire wishes to recruit an IT & AV Support Technician to join our Learning and Technical Resources team. The role holder will be part of our equipment loan hub which provides support for students and staff in a range of audio, visual and musical equipment.

The role also requires the undertaking of safety checks, equipment inventory checks and updates, as well as providing advice, demonstrations or inductions as required.

About you:

The successful candidate possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative to set priorities and to work co-operatively within a diverse team. You will need to possess GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Level 5 or above or equivalent secondary qualification.

You will also have the ability to adapt knowledge and experience to support staff and students across the wide range of subject disciplines we support.
