What You’ll Be DoingAs a Chef in one of our Central London locations, you’ll be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious, high‑quality dishes that enhance the daily experience of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving great-tasting meals
- Adapting menus and responding to customer feedback
- Managing stock levels and kitchen inventory
- Upholding exceptional food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
- Maintaining daily kitchen cleanliness and routine checks
- Representing our brand positively and professionally
We’re searching for Chefs who:
- Are passionate about food and committed to delivering excellence
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally in contract catering, hospitality, or high‑volume environments
- Can confidently supervise and support kitchen teams
- Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Are reliable, well-organised, and happy working Monday to Friday only
