Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–16:30 | Fri 7:30–15:30

Salary: £30,000 basic + highly incentivised

We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-growing specialist hire company.
This is a varied office-based role with excellent career progression into account management, team leader, or senior sales consultant positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & qualification using CRM and sales platforms
- Making introductory calls and handling enquiries with businesses
- Supporting tender/bid documents and marketing campaigns
- Passing qualified leads to the sales manager
- Maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
- Assisting with administration, quotes, and site surveys
- Learning products and services via full training provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Strong relationship-building, telesales, and communication skills
- Common sense, resilience, and a can-do attitude
- Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer support is a bonus but not essential
