We are currently seeking two outstanding and inspirational Assistant Headteachers to join our leadership team.

Role 1:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with SEND responsibility to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward Holy Family’s vision and values.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing SEND across the school ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Overseeing an area of inclusion, ensuring all pupils have access to the curriculum and are supported to achieve their potential.
• Leading a core subject area, driving improvements and ensuring high standards.
• Undertaking a teaching responsibility, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting pupil progress.
• Upholding and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school, leading Celebration of the Word and supporting the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils.
Post 2:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with curriculum responsibility to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward Holy Family’s vision and values.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing curriculum across the school ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Overseeing an area of inclusion, ensuring all pupils have access to the curriculum and are supported to achieve their potential.
• Leading a core subject area, driving improvements and ensuring high standards.
• Undertaking a teaching responsibility, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting pupil progress.
• Upholding and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school, leading Celebration of the Word and supporting the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils.
