We’re searching for an exceptional Head of Geography to lead and deliver outstanding KS3 – KS5 Geography. Whether you’re an experienced subject leader or a skilled classroom practitioner ready to take the next step, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging, high‑impact Geography lessons that connect students to real‑world issues
• Lead curriculum design and drive excellence across the Geography department
• Inspire students of all abilities to think critically and achieve their full potential
• Assess progress, provide purposeful feedback, and support academic growth
• Contribute to the wider life of our vibrant and inclusive school community
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for Geography
• Has high expectations and a commitment to exceptional student outcomes
• Brings creativity, curiosity, and innovation to their teaching
• Has strong subject knowledge and stays ahead of curriculum and global developments
• Can lead with vision, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
