Sector Lead - Social Housing & Tenant VouchersNational Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayCompetitive salary plus pension & benefits packageWe have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Sector Lead to join us and play a key role in expanding and strengthening our presence within the Social Housing & Tenant Voucher Schemes sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an influential relationship builder to lead on business development, shape strategy and raise our profile nationally. Reporting to the Group Sector Sales Manager, this role is integral to developing existing accounts and sourcing new business. As Sector Lead, you will be responsible for developing successful long term relationships with new and existing customers across Social Housing, while driving growth through the Company’s Social Housing & Tenant Voucher Schemes. You will act as the Company’s expert and ambassador for this sector, ensuring we maximise opportunities, support regional teams and deliver against agreed KPI targets. Key to the role is identifying new business, supporting tender activity, shaping pricing strategies, and collaborating closely with colleagues across Sales, Commercial, and Regional Management to drive our business forward.This is a national role with customers based across the country so flexibility to travel along with some overnight stays will be required.The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Social Housing sector or have knowledge of coatings and wallpapers that are used in this industry, to make them a true specialist in the field. You will need to demonstrate initiative, commercial acumen and highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
