Why work for us?
Learning Without Limits Academy Trust (LwLAT) is a Leicester-based Multi Academy Trust comprising three secondary schools and two primary schools. We are seeking a skilled and motivated data professional to join our Trust team and play a key role in supporting school improvement and strategic decision-making.
This role will work closely with Trust and school leaders to make effective use of the wealth of data available across the Trust. The postholder will be responsible for bringing together data from multiple sources and turning it into clear, practical insights that inform evidence-based decision-making, support improvement planning, and help raise standards for all learners. A core part of the role will be the development and maintenance of Trust-level dashboards and visualisations that meet both Trust and academy-level needs.
We are looking for someone with a service first mindset who is proactive, approachable, and committed to making the work of colleagues easier and more impactful. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to respond to Trust and school priorities as they arise. The postholder will be based at South Wigston High School for approximately three days per week, with time also spent working from the Trust offices or other academies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who wants their work to make a genuine difference to schools, leaders, and learners across the Trust.
As a Trust we value inclusive working practices and diverse teams. If you’d prefer to work part-time or as a job-share, please let us know on your application and we’ll facilitate this wherever we can.
We are looking for someone who:
• Communicates openly and clearly, and enjoys working with others to make information meaningful and useful
• Builds positive, supportive relationships and works well with colleagues across schools and the Trust
• Is happy to be part of the wider life of the Trust and to contribute in ways that support our shared values and community
If this feels like a good fit for you, we would be delighted to hear from you!
We can offer:
• Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme
• Access to extensive, free and confidential wellbeing services, including counselling sessions, physiotherapy, GP phone and video consultations, menopause support, manspace and mindfulness programmes.
• Staff Benefits Package - Access to a huge range of savings from retailers such as Currys, Halfords, Wilko, Asda, Tesco, M&S, Morrisons and many more!
• Cycle to Work – In partnership with Pluxee, this initiative allows you to make Tax and National Insurance savings on the cost of a new bike and safety accessories. Savings are achieved via salary sacrifice which is managed by the Trust and lets you spread the cost to make payments more convenient.
• Free Financial Support Service from Barclays - support with all aspects of your financial health and wellbeing, and you don't need to be a Barclays customer to use the service.
• Eye Test Vouchers – Free Specsavers vouchers
• Annual Flu Vaccine
