Due to continued growth, DMP Training is looking for a new Instructor to join our team (full-time or part-time).

We deliver high-quality, industry-focused training including:
LGV / PCV Driver Training
Forklift Training
Driver CPC Courses
ADR (Carriage of Dangerous Goods)
Transport Management Training
The Role
You’ll be:
• Delivering engaging classroom and practical training
• Creating a positive learning environment
• Supporting candidates to achieve their goals
• Assessing performance and providing constructive feedback
• Representing DMP Training professionally and enthusiastically
✔ What You’ll Need
• HGV C+E and/or PCV Category D licence (held 3+ years)
• A professional, can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• Confidence to take responsibility and solve problems
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Availability for some Saturday CPC delivery
