Summary

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, we’re building a HR function that balances strong operational HR delivery with strategic partnering - supporting leaders and teams across our Midlands and West regions. We have three vacancies available, with a choice of portfolio between our Midlands region and our West region. The Midlands includes office locations such as our Litchfield and Woverhampton sites, and the West includes Tewkesbury and Chipping Sodbury.

The role

As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you’ll provide high-quality HR support to your assigned business areas, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver People Plans and support organisational priorities.

You’ll manage employee relations casework, provide consistent and values-led advice to managers, and help ensure people processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

You’ll also:

  • Use HR data to monitor casework and identify trends
  • Support workforce planning, organisational change, and capability initiatives
  • Provide operational insight to improve HR services
  • Work collaboratively with HR Services teams including recruitment, payroll & benefits, systems and colleague experience

This role sits at the heart of operational HR delivery and is a great opportunity for someone ready to broaden their HR partnering capability.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid HR operational experience and ER casework capability
  • Can build strong relationships with managers and colleagues
  • Is confident interpreting HR policy and advising managers
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills
  • Is working towards or holds CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)

You’ll be supported to build your expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, organisational change, and strategic HR partnering.

Why join us?

You’ll join a People team focused on delivering high-quality HR services while supporting the organisation through transformation and growth. You’ll gain exposure to organisational design, AI-enabled service delivery, and People strategy implementation across a large and complex organisation.

This is a brilliant next step for someone looking to move further into HR partnering.
