About the Role
A varied, fast paced Export Administrator role coordinating international shipments, producing compliant export documentation, and supporting communication between customers, couriers, and internal teams.
Perfect for someone organised, accurate, and confident managing multiple deadlines at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for export customers and logistics partners
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export compliance documents
- Liaise with freight forwarders to schedule shipments and ensure smooth customs clearance
- Work closely with production, sales, and warehouse teams to keep orders on track
- Maintain export records and update internal systems accurately
- Ensure all export processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Track shipments proactively, resolving delays and keeping customers updated
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an export, shipping, logistics, or order processing role
- Strong understanding of export documentation (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills - clear, proactive, and customer focused
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively across departments
