Guidant Global is seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Recruitment Business Partner to support a brand‑new, high‑profile account in Scotland. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape an onsite recruitment service from day one and become a trusted partner to a broad stakeholder group.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the onsite recruitment expert across two Scottish locations (3 days per week onsite).
  • Managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle with precision and pace.
  • Delivering exceptional stakeholder engagement and advising hiring managers on best practice.
  • Driving direct sourcing through close collaboration with our Talent Attraction & Sourcing teams.
  • Providing market insight, salary guidance, and accurate MI to support smarter hiring decisions.
  • Managing external agencies when required.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistently strong candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and relationship‑management skills.
  • Solid experience running end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
  • Confident in influencing and constructively challenging when needed.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • MSP/RPO experience helpful but not essential.
  • Must be Scotland‑based and comfortable travelling between two client sites.
