Guidant Global is seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Recruitment Business Partner to support a brand‑new, high‑profile account in Scotland. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape an onsite recruitment service from day one and become a trusted partner to a broad stakeholder group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the onsite recruitment expert across two Scottish locations (3 days per week onsite).
- Managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle with precision and pace.
- Delivering exceptional stakeholder engagement and advising hiring managers on best practice.
- Driving direct sourcing through close collaboration with our Talent Attraction & Sourcing teams.
- Providing market insight, salary guidance, and accurate MI to support smarter hiring decisions.
- Managing external agencies when required.
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistently strong candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and relationship‑management skills.
- Solid experience running end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Confident in influencing and constructively challenging when needed.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- MSP/RPO experience helpful but not essential.
- Must be Scotland‑based and comfortable travelling between two client sites.
