Summary
To be responsible for providing financial information to managers in order to facilitate sound decision-making, including responsibility for the management accounting function of that area. To ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, integrity and business focus of financial systems and processes. To undertake projects which will lead to modernising financial services within the Trust. To be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the staffing resources of the team to enable the department to achieve its objectives. To ensure that the financial statements represent a true and fair view and meet relevant financial timescales and legal requirements, interpreting these where necessary.
