The post holder will undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with appropriatesupervision of registered clinicians, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agencyenvironment. Carry out delegated clinical tasks including care planning and eating disorder interventions to children,young people and their families, including meal support, daily handovers, and group interventions. Toberesponsibleforaccuratementalhealthrecordingofallpatientsonadmission,reviews and atdischarge. Maintainaccuraterecords using Trust systems such as Lorenzo and System One.
