Overview

Experienced (Multi Skilled) Plumber required to start ASAP in Chesterfield on a social housing kitchen and bathroom scheme. This position is for 6 months but due to the workload this would look at being extended.

The Client

Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works closely with insurance companies, councils and housing associations on various schemes.

The Role

This project is working in and around Chesterfield on a mixture of tenanted and void properties. Main duties are installing bathroom suites and kitchens.

Main Duties

• Installing bathroom suites
• Like for like replacements
• Taking off and putting back on radiators
• Installing taps, kitchen sinks and baths
• Installing toilet systems

Also, Desirable

• Basic tiling
• Basic joinery tasks, such as installing skirting boards
• Painting

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Plumber
• Own Tools
• Full UK Driving Licence - Own Transport
• A Van would be desirable
• CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
