Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a QUALIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to act as an Assistant Care Farm Manager to support and provide leadership to care farm staff, volunteers and farm helpers.
This is a varied role where you will be using OT skills to enable farm helpers to carry out tasks on the farm. You will also be taking a lead in assessments, establishing outcomes and ensuring safeguarding to ensure our participants get the most out of their day on the farm and help them work towards recovery, employment or other personal goals.
