We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Workplace Experience team.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and building users, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
You will play a key part in creating a positive environment by delivering exceptional front-of-house services and supporting workplace initiatives.

You will work closely with security and management teams to uphold best practices and support events, ensuring the workplace experience is second to none.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring smooth access to the building.
Manage visitor registration and prepare passes in line with security policies.
Answer telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, including switchboard duties.
Support the onsite management team with high-profile events and community initiatives.
Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area at all times.
Conduct building tours to ensure best practice and report any issues promptly.
Collaborate with security to follow evacuation and lockdown procedures as required.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience working in a high-profile environment with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands and work under time pressures.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration roles preferred.
Ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
