We are looking for adaptable, enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join Hays and support schools in and around Haywards Heath. If you enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and love inspiring young people, this role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and impact.
About the Role:As a supply teacher, you will step into a range of classrooms, ensuring students stay engaged and on track when their usual teacher is absent. No two days are the same, you might be leading a creative writing session with Year 7 in the morning and supporting GCSE science revision in the afternoon.Your ability to build quick rapport, maintain a positive atmosphere, and deliver learning confidently will make you a valued part of each school community.
