We are seeking a Facilities Support Manager to act as the main point of contact between building users and the IFM team, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery across the site.
This role will focus heavily on customer experience, communication and proactive facilities support, ensuring that all building users receive a seamless and professional service.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, connect the workplace community with our services, and contribute to continual improvements by sharing best practice and learning from day-to-day insights.
This is a highly visible, site-based position requiring a confident, people-focused individual.
Key Responsibilities
Observe, monitor, and seek feedback on customer experience and how users interact with FM services.
Support the quality and timeliness of FM service delivery in the allocated business area in line with agreed SLAs.
Ensure all helpdesk calls for the allocated business area are monitored through to completion.
Check, report, and suggest improvements to optimise the environment for all building occupants.
Build strong relationships with key contacts on each floor, working collaboratively to enhance workplace experience.
Manage the on-site reception and cleaning teams to ensure a pleasant and well-maintained work environment.
Liaise with contractors to ensure PPM and reactive works are completed within SLA.
