Summary
As the public face of our properties, you’ll ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality particularly in the public toilet facilities; provide a warm, friendly welcome; give information about the property and answer questions; and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract/duration: Fixed term contract until 02-Nov-2026
Hours/working pattern: We are looking for 2 people to cover a total of 7 days per week, with each day comprising a 4 hour shift.
Roles likely to be 1 x 3 days per week (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday) and 1 x 4 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday) but this can be flexible providing the 2 successful applicants can fill the week together. We would ask you are able to be flexible at times when cover is needed, but this would usually be arranged in advance.
Hours for the two roles - one 4 hours a day for 4 days week (16 hours per week) week and one 4 hours a day, 3 days a week (12 hours per week).
We are looking for 2 people to join our team as Welcome and Service Team Members. Your roles will consist of travelling between Carne, Pendower and St Anthony Head each day (petrol allowance given for this). Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving Licence is required.
Both roles are fixed term contract until 2/11/26.
Potential start date: Mid-March date to be confirmed

Looking after our beautiful places in and around the amazing Roseland coast for the people that visit. The Roseland area on the South coast of Cornwall is known for its stunning, relaxed beaches and beautiful walks steeped in history and wildlife. The area is very busy during the peak months so knowing the area would be advantageous but not essential.
You will be working independently on your own initiative, reporting to the Welcome Manager.

Day to day, you’ll help deliver a great all-round customer service experience. Your role is to help make sure our visitors have the best day they can. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
