Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic Field Workers to join our team. You will be involved in a variety of horticultural tasks, including the cultivation, maintenance, and management of crops such as vines, cherries, apples, and others. This role requires a high level of resilience and physical fitness. No previous experience is needed, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

Eligibility & Requirements
• Right to Work: You must have the existing Right to Work in the UK.
• Sponsorship: We are not sponsors of the V5 (Seasonal Worker) visa scheme.
• Documentation: A valid RTW Share Code is required before your application can be considered.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
• High Physicality: This work is extremely physically demanding. You will be carrying, bending, lifting, and climbing step ladders for much of the day. Candidates must be fit and healthy.

• Weather Conditions: You must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather. It can be very hot in the summer and turn cold and rainy very quickly.

• Polytunnels & Early Starts: Some work in under polytunnels so can be intense during hotter months. To avoid the peak heat of the day, we generally start very early in the morning, this can be as early as 5am.

Pay Structure
• Horticultural Tasks: Paid in line with the National Living Wage.
• Picking Season: During the picking season, work is paid on a piece work basis. This rate changes daily subject to crop and quality conditions. You will be notified of the specific rate or target each day prior to starting.
