Summary
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – 40 Hours per week – Up to £27,000

Before You Apply

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a day nursery
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Confidence working independently within a room
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid certification
What You’ll Do
- Act as Key Person for a group of children, maintaining accurate learning journals
- Plan and adapt activities based on children’s interests and development
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development through consistent routines
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding progress and daily care
- Contribute to room organisation, observations, and team planning
