Summary

We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep The Argory and Springhill in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31-Jul-2026

Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week

What it's like to work here
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that The Argory and Springhill operate as they should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service.
What you'll be doing
You’ll help the property teams to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
