Solar Helper generates high-quality solar leads nationwide through tele marketing and digital campaigns.
We position solar as a “bill swap” — helping homeowners potentially swap their rising electricity bill for a fixed solar payment.
No hard selling.
No cold lists.
Just structured conversations with interested homeowners.
Due to growth, we’re looking for experienced remote telesales professionals to join our team.
The Role
You will be:
Qualifying homeowners for solar consultations
Delivering a structured “bill swap” pitch
Handling objections confidently
Booking qualified appointments for surveyors/closers
Updating CRM accurately
What We’re Looking For
Proven telesales experience (solar or home improvement preferred)
Confident, articulate communicator
Strong objection handling skills
Target-driven and money-motivated
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience in solar, boilers, insulation, or finance-based sales is highly desirable.
